  • minimum 40 staff hours designated to staging, displaying, arranging, beautifying, pricing
  • 40% commission
  • Clear out and clean at cost ($675 a load)
  • Price all items deemed above $25
  • Excel reconciliation within 2 weeks

GOLD $12,500-$30,000 in gross sales

  • Feature at least 25 items
  • 5+ staff members at the sale
  • Full professional appraisals
  • Regional and extended marketing (FB, IG, influencer promoting)
  • presale for professional buyers

  • minimum 40 hours of staff designated for staging, displaying, arranging, beautifying, pricing
  • 35% commission
  • 1 security staff, if needed
  • Video camera surveillance
  • Complimentary coffee/donuts (for those waiting in line)

PLATINUM $30,000-$100,000+ in gross sales

  • Feature at least 50 featured items
  • 8+ staff onsite during sale
  • Full 3rd party appraisal

  • minimum 50 hours of staff for staging, displaying, pricing, arranging, beautifying
  • 30% commission
  • Free clear out and clean
  • POS (point of sale automated tracking) QR code cataloguing "featured items"

  • Valet service opening day, complimentary coffee and snacks for buyers
